“Annie Don’t Like Worms. “Me Scared Of Spiders, Only Big Ones Though!”
It has been a busy week in Nursery, even if we have only been four days! Caterpillars have been exploring paint with their hands. All of the new Ladybirds have now made their own Ladybird to hang up in their classroom. Bumble Bees have painted their own Colour Monsters and made wool bees to add to ‘Our Hive’. In the garden, we’ve been exploring the bugs in the tuff tray, using magnifying glasses and bug pots.

Happy 21st Birthday Easebourne Nursery!

Happy Birthday Easebourne Nursery

who opened their doors 21 years ago this week. What a milestone!
16th September 2022
All of our new children have now started and are settling in very well, for some it seems like they have always been with us! Caterpillars have been making their own caterpillars with green hand prints and Ladybirds have started making their ladybirds to hang up in their classroom. Some of our pre-school children (Bumble Bees) have been doing some exciting additional activities. Laura “the Explorer”!, came in and the children found dinosaurs in the sand and used brushes to clean them off. It was like a real archaeological dig! They made their own fossils and used natural objects to ‘paint’ a dinosaur mask. Toby, from Aspire, is running a Multi-skills group and this week the children moved like animals in lots of different ways.
