Autumn Colour Mixing
Autumn Colour Mixing
Nursery have been very busy this week with lots more activities around Autumn. Bumble Bees have been exploring and mixing paints to make Autumn colours then making their own trees using their handprints. Ladybirds, as a group, have been gluing woodland collages using pasta, tissue paper, cotton wool and paint for their classroom display. Finally, Caterpillars have been in the garden collecting leaves and have been sticking the leaves onto plates to make wreathes to hang from the ceiling.

Autumn Leaves
Nursery children have definitely felt the Autumn weather this week, they’ve been happily playing in all of the leaves in the garden and talking about the changes in colours around us. They have started to explore colour mixing with paint and made Autumn leaf wreaths to hang up in the classroom. Ladybirds have been talking about their families and who lives in their house. Bumble Bees have been drawing their own families and sharing photos.
